why isn’t beer served over ice?
just a random thought i had while thnking of drinking a beer.
Dilutes the strength and flavor of it. Originally beer came to us from the European settlers and it was served at room temperature. It still is in Europe. We get all the USDA codes and laws and have to serve it chilled. I love to cook with it. My beer batter is easy, 1 c. beer, 1egg, 1 c. flour. It’s a thin cruchy tempura batter, great, try it.
